Announcing the first winner of the Parrano recipe contest!  

Kerry from Nashville, IN sent in a delicious recipe for Parrano Arancini, that we found irresistible. Warm, gently fried rice balls filled with Parrano and prosciutto seemed the perfect homestyle comfort food recipe. The air is getting crisper and appetites are growing…go give Kerry’s recipe a try!
