Ingredients
  1. 6 small ripe bananas (baby bananas, red bananas, pineapple bananas)
  2. 4 tablespoons butter
  3. 2 tablespoons Parrano® cheese
Instructions
  1. Peel the bananas and cut in half cross wise. Cut the crosswise pieces in half lengthwise.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the banana pieces for about two minutes per side. They should be golden, not burned.
  3. Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with Parrano® cheese, and serve warm.
