Parrano® Popper Crostini

  1. 12 slices of baguette
  2. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  4. 1 clove of garlic, minced
  5. 1 1/2 cups shredded Parrano® cheese
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange the bread slices on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet and toast in the oven. Combine cream cheese, jalapeño and garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Top each toast with a mound of popper cream cheese and a generous layer of Parrano® cheese. Switch the oven to broil and brown the toasts on the center rack of the oven.
