Ingredients
  1. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  2. 6 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  3. 2 cups dry white wine
  4. 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, cut into small pieces at room temperature
  5. 8 slices of bread
  6. 8 Parrano®, thinly cut slices
  7. Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat oil. Add garlic and sauté until garlic is golden brown. Deglaze pan with white wine and reduce to approximately 2-3 oz. of liquid. Add butter to a bowl, and slowly whisk in white wine mixture till blended. Add a salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate mixture for 20 minutes.
  2. Spread mixture onto 4 slices of bread followed by two slices of Parrano® cheese. Top with remaining bread. Bake in a hot oven or use a Panini press until bread becomes golden brown and crispy.
