
Spicy Parrano® Almond Crackers

Ingredients
- 1 /14 cups almond meal
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded Parrano® cheese
- 1 Tbsp of flax seeds or sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp dried chives
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- a pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Put everything into a bowl and mix it with your fork, then work it into a ball with your hands.
- Put dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to about 1/8 of an inch. Be careful not to make them too thin.
- Remove top layer of parchment paper, and put it on a baking sheet.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into squares.
- Place the squares on the parchment lined baking tray, sprinkle lightly with salt, and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
